Investment Criteria

Geographic Preference: Platform companies must be headquarters in the United States. No geographic preference for add-on acquisitions.

Revenue: $75-300M

EBITDA: $8M+

Types of Businesses: Specialty manufacturing, consumer products & services, healthcare and business services.

Transaction Types:

• Private companies undergoing an ownership transition, recapitalization or requiring growth capital.

• Corporate divestitures.

• Strategic add-on acquisitions for platform companies.

• Select special situations.
